Rampe LC Design

Privacy Policy

Last revised: October 2, 2026

1. Who operates this site

RAMPE LC DESIGN INC. (Quebec enterprise number: 1168921170) operates rampelcdesign.com and offers glass railing sales and installation. For service requests: info@rampelcdesign.com, 514 570 9137.

2. What we collect and why

The form collects your name, email, city, project type and message to answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up. Your phone number is required so we can contact you about your request. Email and phone exchanges may also include information you provide. Avoid sensitive information and other people's personal information.

3. Your choice when making a request

You can use the form or contact us directly by phone or email. The form requires your email so we can respond; your phone number is required so we can contact you about your request. Providing information after reading these notices authorizes its use and disclosure to process your request. This does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to continue processing your request.

4. Who helps process requests

Rampe LC Design processes requests with help from Solutions Onyx. The processing workflow uses Make, Google Sheets, an email service and Anthropic (Claude) to filter requests. Information in your request may be processed by these providers for these functions. Ask the responsible contact below for the email provider's identity and the fields sent to each provider.

5. AI-assisted filtering

Claude is used through its API to filter requests. When it automatically classifies a request as spam, the request is saved in Google Sheets instead of being sent by email. If you believe your request was filtered or have not received a reply, you can contact Rampe LC Design by phone or email and request review by a person. You can also ask the privacy officer about the information used and the role of filtering.

6. Hosting and processing outside Quebec

The site uses Vercel hosting. Hosting, automation, spreadsheets, email and artificial intelligence may involve processing information outside Quebec. We do not guarantee that information stays in Canada. Contact our privacy officer for the processing locations applicable to your request.

7. Technical information, cookies and external links

Requests needed to display and protect the site send technical information, including the IP address and request information, to the hosting provider. The server uses the IP address to limit repeated form submissions. This version does not activate audience analytics, advertising pixels or embedded Google Maps. The service-area map is a static image hosted on this website. Displaying it sends no requests to a map provider, sets no cookies and does not use your geolocation. Links to map sources and social networks open external services with their own policies.

8. Retention, protection and destruction

Applicable periods depend on processing the request and relevant legal obligations. Ask our privacy officer for retention periods, categories of people with access and information about safeguards. Transmission to the site uses HTTPS. The law requires appropriate safeguards and destruction or anonymization, subject to its conditions, when purposes are fulfilled, except where a legal retention period applies.

9. Your rights and complaints

You can request access to your information, correction and, where legal conditions are met, computerized information collected from you in a structured, commonly used format. You can withdraw consent to uses or disclosures based on it and make a complaint. Deletion requests are considered under applicable rules: there is no general, unconditional right to erasure. You may request cessation of dissemination or de-indexing in the circumstances provided by law. Access and correction requests are subject to identity verification and legal limits; the legal response period is generally 30 days. You can take disagreements to Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.

10. Privacy officer

Mark Benyaminian — Solutions Onyx. Title: person responsible for the protection of personal information (privacy officer). Email: info@solutionsonyx.com. For a request about your information or a complaint, describe your request without sending unsolicited identity documents.

11. Changes to this policy

Any change to this policy must be accompanied by a notice distributed in a way that reaches affected people. The revision date appears at the top of this page. Changing this text alone cannot authorize a new use that requires your consent.
